Terms of Service

Effective date: October 22, 2026. These terms apply to every order placed with Garagetoolsco.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site or place an order. These terms apply in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, which we do not exclude.

2. Who we are

Garagetoolsco is an independent retailer of replacement parts and accessories. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any original equipment manufacturer.

Manufacturer names, model numbers, part numbers and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely to identify the equipment and parts our products are compatible with. Their use does not imply any connection between Garagetoolsco and the trademark owner.

3. Use of this site

You may use this site for lawful, personal or business purchasing purposes. You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape or republish site content for commercial use without written permission;
  • attempt to interfere with the operation, security or availability of the site;
  • place orders using false contact details or a payment method you are not authorised to use.

4. Product information

We work from manufacturer catalogues and supplier data when listing fitment. Fitment information is provided as a guide, not as a guarantee: the same model year can carry different parts depending on serial number range or engine configuration.

Photographs are representative. Where a manufacturer changes a part number for an identical component, the listing may show the superseding number. If a part you receive does not match the description, contact us and we will resolve it.

5. Pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required.

Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is mispriced, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than supply the item at the incorrect price. We will contact you before doing so. Occasional typographical errors in price or description do not constitute a binding offer.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, any amount already charged is refunded in full.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. If a payment is declined or later reversed, we may suspend or cancel the associated order.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, return conditions and the refund process are set out on our Returns & Shipping page, which forms part of these terms. The standard return window is 30 days from delivery for eligible items.

9. Warranty and limitation of liability

Parts are supplied with the manufacturer warranty where one is offered, passed through to you as-is. We do not add a separate warranty of our own.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, downtime or the cost of third-party labour. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Safety and proper installation

Replacement parts must be installed correctly and by a suitably qualified person where the work involves fuel, electrical systems or moving machinery. Always disconnect the battery and remove the ignition key before working on equipment. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from incorrect installation or from fitting a part to equipment it was not intended for.

11. Intellectual property

The layout, text and original photography on this site belong to Garagetoolsco and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners and are used descriptively to identify compatible equipment.

12. Third-party links

Where we link to external sites — for example a manufacturer's parts diagram — we do not control that content and are not responsible for it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Garagetoolsco is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection available to you in your own jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published.
